Welcome to Sayang Sayang Spa. By making a reservation, purchasing a treatment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Reservations
Advance booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
Walk-in appointments are subject to therapist availability.
A valid contact number and accurate booking details are required for all reservations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if false or misleading information is provided.
2. Arrival Time
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment duration to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
The full treatment fee remains payable regardless of shortened treatment time due to late arrival.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend (“No Show”) may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Sayang Sayang Spa reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as therapist illness, equipment issues, or force majeure.
4. Payment
Full payment may be required before or upon completion of the treatment.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other available payment methods.
Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered if Sayang Sayang Spa is unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control.
Promotional packages, gift vouchers, memberships, and discounted treatments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Health & Medical Conditions
For your safety, guests must inform our therapists before treatment if they have:
Pregnancy
Heart conditions
High or low blood pressure
Diabetes
Allergies
Skin infections or contagious conditions
Recent surgeries or injuries
Any medical condition that may affect treatment
Sayang Sayang Spa reserves the right to modify or decline treatment if it may pose a health risk.
7. Pregnancy Treatments
Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please inform our team when making your booking so we can recommend appropriate services.
8. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. While reasonable care is taken, Sayang Sayang Spa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
9. Conduct & Respect
To maintain a peaceful environment:
Please switch mobile phones to silent mode.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the spa.
Alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Any abusive, inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in immediate termination of the treatment without refund.
10. Professional Massage Services
Our therapists provide professional wellness and relaxation treatments only.
Any request for inappropriate, illegal, or sexual services will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Sayang Sayang Spa maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment or misconduct.
11. Treatment Results
Massage and spa treatments are intended to promote relaxation and general wellness. Individual results may vary and no medical or therapeutic outcomes are guaranteed.
12. Gift Vouchers & Promotional Packages
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional packages cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
Expired vouchers or promotions will not be extended unless approved by management.
13. Children
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise approved by management.
14. Photography
Photography and videography inside the spa may only be conducted with prior permission from management and with respect for the privacy of other guests.
15. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayang Sayang Spa shall not be liable for:
Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
Injuries arising from inaccurate health information provided by guests.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for:
Appointment management
Customer communication
Service improvement
Promotional updates (where consent has been given)
Customer information will be handled responsibly and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
17. Amendments
Sayang Sayang Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
